Emergency
plan and Business Continuity exercises
The only effective method of ensuring your plans will work, when
they are required is to test and exercise them.
We have successfully devised and delivered a full range
of exercises aimed at testing crisis and business continuity plans,
including live, multi-agency exercises, simulations, control post
exercises and local table-tops.
Our scenarios
will help inform, train and test not only the plans but your teams and
individuals in a controlled environment. Our scenarios are developed to
be both rigorous in development and exercise as well as realistic, yet
challenging to the teams and individuals.
We offer a range of workshops aimed
at helping you understand the best approach and methods to create,
deliver and assess exercises of your crisis and business continuity
plans.
Who is this course aimed at?
Staff with responsibility for crisis or disaster management
including business continuity staff and emergency planners. This
course is also suitable for senior managers, auditors, risk and
security managers that require a good understanding of crisis
management in both public and private sector.
Our courses are designed to meet your business, its profile and
expectations. Scenarios will be developed which are realistic to
not only the plans being tested, but to your people and
environment.
These can be delivered as a desktop exercise, seminar or
scenario based. With durations ranging from a half day through
to multi day exercises.

Training
Schedule
Evacuation Strategies philosophy for training is to build the training
to meet our clients needs.
We believe that the personnel taking part in the training need to work
closely in a real incident. This bonding is an essential element in
successful crisis management. To best effect this, training is held off
site.
