This two-day course will provide you with an overview of Crisis Management as well as an understanding of the key stages to achieving best practice in the immediate response to a major incident.
You'll learn the roles and responsibilities of a Crisis Management Team, how to select appropriate members for it and what is involved in implementing an effective crisis management process.
You'll also gain an understanding of how to correctly handle internal and external communications and why it’s important to maintain accurate event logs and produce incident and status reports.
