An effective media response to a crisis can make the difference between a company failing or exceeding both its stakeholders and public expectations, whilst protecting your reputation throughout challenging times.

Evacuation Strategies can provide training to support clients in devising and implementing an appropriate communication strategy that is specific to the client needs to ensure reliable and resilient communications at all levels in the event of a crisis, from the initial response through to the completion of the recovery phase and return to normal business operations and functions.

Your Trainer

Tom Latus brings to the team a wealth of experience in emergency planning, crisis management and business continuity gained during his police service and, for the last ten years, local authority, government agencies and the private sector.

Tom has also been responsible for  influencing change with the emergency services, local authorities, government and other agencies across London and the South East.
